Returns and refunds: 14 days, free of charge

Standard products

You can return any standard product within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Items should be unused, without screw holes in the mounting plates and in their original packaging where possible.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are over, by email or through the contact form, that you want to withdraw from your purchase. A short message with your order number is enough; you can also use the model form below, but you do not have to. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We pay the return shipping.

Custom orders

Products made to your own size, drawing or hole pattern cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the drawing you approved.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the parcel and the product and send the photos to us, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or repair the item at no cost to you. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost for standard delivery, within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing. We may wait to send the refund until the item is back with us or you have shown us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back by bank transfer, the way you paid.
