How to choose coffee table legs
Height
A coffee table usually stands 40–45 cm high with the top on, level with the sofa seat or a little lower. Add the thickness of your top to the leg height on the product page.
Size
A table about two-thirds the length of the sofa looks balanced. Leave 40–45 cm between table and sofa so you can walk past and still reach your cup.
A base or legs
A low centre base suits round and square tops. L-shaped legs and frames suit long rectangular tops and benches.
