How to choose desk legs
Height
A desk is comfortable at about 72–76 cm with the top on, depending on your height and chair. Add the thickness of your top to the leg height on the product page. Height guide.
Leg width
Choose the width from the depth of your desktop and leave 5–10 cm of overhang front and back: 50–60 cm legs for a 60–70 cm deep top, 70–80 cm legs for an 80–90 cm deep top.
Position
Set the legs 10–20 cm in from each end. That keeps the desk stable and leaves room for your knees and a chair. The table planner draws it for your size.
