Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you buy from Kalve Studio.

Orders
Your order is a contract once we confirm it by email. Products are made to order; the production time is 4–7 working days unless stated otherwise.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Production starts once payment is received.
Delivery
We ship worldwide with FedEx. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are paid by the buyer. See Shipping and delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU can withdraw from a purchase of standard products within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Products made to the buyer’s specification are excluded. See Returns and refunds.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under Latvian and EU consumer law apply. If a product has a defect, contact us and we repair, replace or refund it.
Custom orders
For custom orders, the drawing and price you approve by email form part of the contract.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Latvian law. If you buy as a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, write to us first and we will try to solve it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, consumers can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv) or to the courts.
