What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and, for companies, your company name and VAT number. When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you type in and any file you upload. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and invoice your order (contract).
- To answer your questions and quote custom work (your request).
- To keep accounting records required by Latvian law (legal obligation).
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the shop: our hosting provider (Hostinger), the payment provider you choose at checkout, and FedEx for delivery. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting law. Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies needed for the cart, checkout and your account. We do not use advertising cookies.
